The Moulin du Got has been making paper since the 15th century. It is the last of the 24 paper mills in the commune in the 17th and 18th centuries. Always looking for innovation and originality, the mill's papermakers make papers with vegetable peels and other vegetable waste. After shaping, these papers offer many creative possibilities. These editions are limited and depend on the season.
